Who?

Green Light Community Food Workshops CIC was set up to address issues relating to important factors in today’s society, including matters such as healthy eating, diet, food hygiene awareness, and food poverty. The workshops are flexible and can be adapted to suit different demographics, from teenagers and young mums, to those living in houses of multiple occupancy, people with mental health issues, people dealing with social isolation, and older people.

The needs of different groups would be assessed during the planning stages, and courses or workshops would be tailored to both engage the interest of participants and to address their needs.
